Adult and Teens (13 years and over): 50 minutes $130.00 plus GST.
Location: North Shore rooms or online.

Areas of expertise include: Family violence, power and control, boundaries, stress and anxiety, anger, personal growth, spiritual abuse, relational challenges, trauma, grief, mid-life challenges.

Number of sessions: Counselling isn’t one-size-fits-all. You might come for a short time to work through something specific or choose to stay longer to explore more deeply. We’ll talk about what’s working and adjust as needed.

Children (4-12 years): 45 minutes, $130.00 plus GST.
Location: North Shore rooms.

Areas of expertise include: Emotional regulation, self-esteem, anger, aggression, fear and anxiety, capability building, family violence, grief and loss, and neurodiversity.

Number of sessions: Children move through counselling at their own pace. Some issues resolve quickly, others need more time. I’ll stay in close communication with you, and we’ll decide together what kind of support your child needs and for how long. We work in blocks of 4 or 5 sessions, so your child has time to transition out of the counselling space.
