Adult and Teens (13 years and over): 50 minutes $150.00.
Location North Shore rooms as some approaches require face-to-face, or online.

Areas of expertise: family violence, stress and anxiety, anger, spiritual abuse, spirituality, dreams, relational challenges, trauma, grief.

Number of sessions: Counselling isn’t one-size-fits-all. You might come for a short time to work through something specific or choose to stay longer to explore more deeply. We’ll talk about what’s working and adjust as needed.

For Children (4-12 years): 45 minutes, $150.00.
Location: North Shore rooms.

Areas of expertise: emotional regulation, self-esteem, anger, aggression, fear and anxiety, capability building.

Number of sessions: Children move through counselling at their own pace. Some issues resolve quickly, others need more time. I’ll stay in close communication with you, and we’ll decide together what kind of support your child needs and for how long.
